PURPOSE: Provided are methods for manufacturing foods(boiled rice, steamed rice cake soup, noodle soup, noodles, bread and the like) as well as rice and cereals using animal, plant and herbal ingredients beneficial to the human health, instead of water, thereby maximizing pharmaceutical efficacy of the ingredients and effectively providing various kinds of nutrients. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing foods(boiled rice, steamed rice cake soup, noodle soup, noodles, bread and the like) using animal, plant and herbal ingredients beneficial to the human health is characterized by using decoction of animal, plant and herbal ingredients, instead of water. A method for manufacturing rice and cereals added with animal, plant and herbal ingredients beneficial to the human health is characterized by dipping rice and cereals in decoction of animal, plant and herbal ingredients, drying them and repeating dipping and drying processes several times.
