STRUCTURE OF WHITE LIGHT EMITTING DIODE USING FLUORESCENT AGENT AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A structure of a white light emitting diode using a fluorescent agent is provided to emit white light due to mixture of light between a light emitting device and the fluorescent agent by disposing the fluorescent agent in the bottom surface and the side surface of the light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: The structure of the white light emitting diode is composed of a base structure(201), a fluorescent agent, a light emitting diode chip and an outer mold material(205). The structure of the white light emitting diode mixes the light reflected from the fluorescent material(a material of a fluorescent property) and a light emitting device so as to emit white light or its similar light.
