BLADE STRUCTURE OF IMPELLER FOR CENTRIFUGAL FAN

PURPOSE: A blade structure of an impeller for a centrifugal fan is provided to improve acoustic characteristic of the centrifugal fan by reducing noise. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal fan having an impeller(103) provided with a blade structure includes a motor and a motor bracket coupled to both sides of the motor. The impeller(103) is rotatably coupled to an outer portion of the motor bracket. A scroll housing surrounds the impeller(103) in order to guide air sucked or exhausted by means of the impeller(103). The scroll housing is formed at both sides thereof with a suction port for sucking air from an exterior, and an exhaust port is formed in perpendicular to the suction port so as to exhaust air towards the exterior. The impeller(103) has a disc-shaped intermediate rim(201) and a plurality of inner blades(202), which are coupled to one side the disc-shaped intermediate rim(201) in a cylindrical pattern with a uniform interval. A plurality of outer blades(203) is coupled to the other side the disc-shaped intermediate rim(201) in a cylindrical pattern with a uniform interval. A rim(204) is formed at each end of the outer blades(203).
