PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a reading error on a whole area even if the area of an information area is enlarged and to increase storage capacity by constituting a system of a center close area and a circular part which continuously surrounds the periphery of the area and is formed of the specified number of squares to which black is given as a mark. SOLUTION: In a recording face 20, plural specified patterns 22 where black/ white are given to plural squares connected in a specified form with, the specified patterns are arranged in the gaps of areas 21 showing original recording information in an information recording area 23 where information is actually recorded. Namely, 10 specified patterns 22 pertaining to an uppermost stage, the lowermost stage, a left stage and a right stage in an array are arranged along the outer periphery of the information recording area 23. Two remaining specified patterns 22 are arranged in a center close area detached from the outer periphery of the information recording area 23. When the specified patterns 22 are thus arranged, digital information can precisely be read even if distortion slightly exists in the recording face 20. |
