PURPOSE: A method of decalcomania on the metallic panel is provided to increase the adhesion between the metallic panel and the matter to be printed, and to solve the problems of decoloration and peeling. CONSTITUTION: The method of decalcomania on the metallic panel comprises the steps of: dipping the metallic panel(3) into sulfuric acid solution to increase the roughness of the metallic panel by a chemical reaction; applying a urethane(6) on the metallic panel having an increased surface roughness; carrying out the UV coating(7) on the metallic panel coated with the urethane; and locating the matter(9) to be transferred on the UV coated metallic panel, heating under pressure to melt the urethane and to adhere the metallic panel(3) to the UV coating(7), and carrying out the printing of the UV coating(7) combined with the transfer ink(8) of the matter to be transferred on the metallic panel.
