PURPOSE: A window sash setting device is provided to shorten a period of installation by installing a window frame with minimum manpower. CONSTITUTION: The window sash setting device comprises: a vertical space control unit(200) fixed to the upper, lower ends of a window frame vertically by coupling a connecting block(250) to an upper screw bar(210) provided with a right male screw(211) and a lower screw bar(220) provided with a left male screw(221), and coupling upper, lower screw bars(210,310) and a main pipe(240) between upper and lower connecting blocks(250), then expanding and contracting the length of upper and lower screw bars(210,310) by the rotation of a connecting block(250); an upper setting unit(100) coupled to an upper screw bar(210) of the vertical space control unit(200) to control the horizontal, vertical states of an upper frame and a vertical frame of a window sash; and a lower setting unit(300) coupled to a lower screw bar(220) of the vertical space control unit(200) to control the horizontal, vertical states of a lower frame and a vertical frame of a window sash.
