PURPOSE: A device for opening and closing bung of annealing furnace is provided to give solid connectivity to lower bung and easily perform opening and closing operation and improve maintenance efficiency by improving external shape of the lower bung from square to circular structure and swing the lower bung as maintaining horizon of the lower bung. CONSTITUTION: In a device for opening and closing bung of annealing furnace(200) in cold rolling facility, the device(1) for opening and closing bung of annealing furnace comprises a bung part(10) comprising a circular opening part formed on a lower part of the annealing furnace(200), and a circular lower bung(20) corresponding to the circular opening part, wherein bung locks(30) formed on the outer surface of the lower bung(20) are locked to catching projection formed on a lower surface of the annealing furnace(200) so that locking function is performed in the bung part(10); a rotation part(50) comprising a frame(56) on which the bung part(10) is rotationally rested, and a driving cylinder(60) for rotating the bung part(10); a lowerable and liftable part(85) comprising a vertical stand(87) for guiding ascent and descent of the frame(56), and a driving motor(92) for driving ascent and descent so that the lower bung(20) is ascended or descended; a swing part(110) comprising a driving motor(120) for swinging the lower bung(20) centering around the vertical stand(87) of the lowerable and liftable part(85); and a controller(100) for controlling rotation, ascent and descent and swing operation of the lower bung(20) by operating the driving cylinder(60) and driving motors(92,120) according to a series of determined programs.
