PURPOSE: A headlining of a vehicle is provided to increase the productivity of the vehicle by previously preventing the transformation, the winding, the falling and the water leakage around an opening portion of the headlining and to effectively improve the productivity by simplifying assembling processes. CONSTITUTION: A headlining(100) has additional fixing hooks(111) in the ends of an opening portion(110). The fixing hooks are fixed by shielding the end of each roof structure(400). The fixing hooks are combined by fixing in the lower parts of the roof structures. Thereby, the transformation, the winding, the falling and the water leakage around the opening portion of the headlining are prevented previously. Moreover, assembling processes are simplified.
