PURPOSE: A hydraulic engine mount is provided to make the damping force automatically adjusted according to the size of displacement through variation of the sectional area of a passage of an orifice. CONSTITUTION: An orifice(50) has an extended portion having a larger passage sectional area than the surroundings. The extended portion has a ball(53) for adjusting the damping force to be moved by the flowing and the weight of fluid and to change the passage sectional area according to the size of displacement. The extended portion is formed in a lower part(52') to be processed deeper than the surroundings. The lower part is connected with the surroundings through an inclined portion. The ball is formed by a material having a larger specific gravity than the fluid. Thereby, an expense controller is unnecessary.
