PURPOSE: A carbon deposit prevention structure is provided to prevent carbons from being deposited to the inner wall of the fuel-air mixture flow channel. CONSTITUTION: A fuel-air mixture flow channel(20) which interconnects both sides of the throttle valve is formed at the throttle body. A rotary valve operating by the idle speed actuator is mounted at the intermediate portion of the fuel-air mixture flow channel. The fuel-air mixture flow channel has an inlet(20a) and an outlet(20b) having an area ratio of 1.5 to 20. A surge preventing plate(22) having a plurality of holes(22a) is arranged at the end of the outlet of the fuel-air mixture flow channel.
