PURPOSE: A magnetic brake system is provided not to need an exchange of brake oil and to prevent the environment pollution by operating a braking member through an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnet(53) generates magnetic force according to the power supply. A braking member(54) generates braking force by the magnetic force of the electromagnet. A battery(55) supplies power to the electromagnet. An inclination sensor(51) detects the inclination of a brake pedal(50). A voltage control unit(52) changes voltage to the electromagnet according to the signal from the inclination sensor. Thereby, braking force is operated by generating the magnetic force according to the position of the brake pedal.
