DERMATOLOGICS COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF ACNE

PURPOSE: A dermatologics composition for the prevention and treatment of an acne is provided which contains extracts of Canavalia gladiata (Jacq.) DC., Thuja orientalis Linne, and Plagiorhegma dubium Maxim. The composition inhibits the activity of 5 alpha-reductase, has antibacterial effect on Propionibacterium acnes and antiinflammatory activity, inhibits the generation of comedone and removes stratum corneum. CONSTITUTION: A dermatologics composition for the prevention and treatment of an acne is characterized by containing 0.001-20.0 wt.% of the extract of 0.01-10 wt.% of Canavalia gladiata (Jacq.) DC., 0.01-10 wt.% of Thuja orientalis Linne, and 0.001-5 wt.% of Plagiorhegma dubium Maxim.
