PURPOSE: A variable weight damper system of a transmission for a vehicle is provided to reduce vibration and improve shifting feeling in shifting gears and to reduce minimize influence of jumping out after shifting gears by applying inertia during shifting gears and reducing inertia after shifting gears. CONSTITUTION: A variable weight damper system of a transmission(10) for a vehicle has a clutch master cylinder(40), a clutch release cylinder(50) and a passage(60). The passage is connected to the inside of a weight damper(30) through a control shaft(21) from cylinders. Weight piston(32) and a return spring(33) are installed inside a hollow portion(31) of the weight damper. The hollow portion is filled with hydraulic pressure when hydraulic pressure is supplied to the weight damper from the clutch release cylinder. Therein, mass and inertia of the weight damper increase. Mass and inertia of the weight damper are reduced when hydraulic pressure withdraws from the weight damper. Therefore, noise is reduced and shifting feeling is improved in shifting gears by applying much inertia in shifting gears and reducing inertia after shifting gears. |
