PURPOSE: A gas supply apparatus is provided to achieve improved efficiency of gas supply and stability of power supply by controlling the amount of methane gas supply in accordance with the operating condition of diesel engine. CONSTITUTION: A gas supply apparatus comprises a main body(10) arranged in the intake line of the generating diesel engine and equipped with a gas supply line and an actuator for controlling the amount of gas supply; and a controller(11) for sensing the electric load of the engine, and controlling the operation of the actuator for adjusting the amount of gas supply. The main body includes a housing, a gas adjustment member having a valve and a nozzle, and the actuator for allowing for an opening/shutting operation of the valve.
