摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescent device for measuring pixel luminescence characteristics is provided to improve the accuracy of luminescence characteristic measurement of an RGB(Red,Green,Blue) pixel by forming a pad for measuring luminescence characteristic with respect to each RGB line. CONSTITUTION: Plural anode electrodes(25) for measuring luminescence characteristics are formed on an edge of a substrate(20). An insulator(22) is applied on the plural anode electrodes(25) and the edge of the substrate(20). At least one contact hole is formed on the plural anode electrodes(25). A plurality of sidewalls(24) are formed on an upper portion of the applied insulator(22) in a vertical direction to the plural anode electrodes(25). At least one contact hole is located between the plurality of sidewalls(24). A metal layer is deposited on upper portions of the insulator(22) and the plurality of sidewalls(24).
