PURPOSE: A folding headrest for a seat of a vehicle is provided to support a head of a passenger stably by folding the headrest without obstructing front view. CONSTITUTION: A headrest(10) and a backrest(20) are connected by a pin(30) inserted to upper and lower supporters(11,21). The upper supporter is rotated and the headrest is folded. The lower supporter is protruded from an upper portion of the backrest. A concave portion(22) is formed to an end of the upper portion of the lower supporter. The upper supporter is protruded from a lower portion of the headrest. A convex portion(12) is formed to an end of a lower portion of the upper supporter. Concave and convex portions are connected by the pin. Thereby, the headrest is folded to support a head of a passenger without obstructing front view.
