PURPOSE: An automatic ironing device for a climbing hat is provided to obtain improved ironing performance and uniform product quality, thereby improving working efficiency and productivity. CONSTITUTION: The automatic ironing device for a climbing hat comprises: a pressurizing cylinder(102) positioned in both sides of a machine; a pressurizing mould attached to a pressurizing mould support(111) fixed by a plurality of control volts(106) and nuts(107) to a pressurizing stand(109) connected to a piston(103) of the pressurizing cylinder(102) by a connection pipe(104); a fixing mould(134) having an elevating hole(136) attached to a fixing mould support(131) of the machine(101) to be combined or separated with the pressurizing mould(112); an elevating mould(125) combined by the elevating hole(136) of the fixing mould(134) to support an inner surface of a climbing hat(141); and an elevating cylinder(121) positioned in the machine(101) for connecting a piston(122) to an elevating plate(123) connected to the elevating mould(125).
