PURPOSE: An automatic drainage system for a water separator is provided not to check a water level of the water separator and drain water with a drain valve open by exhausting water separated from a fuel line automatically. CONSTITUTION: An automatic drainage system for a water separator includes a housing(31), a lower float(40), an upper float(50) and a drain hole(32). A vertical guide(33) is formed inside the housing. The lower float moves up and down along the vertical guide in the housing. A guide groove(41) is formed to a side of a disc of the lower float. A rod hole(42) is formed to a middle portion of the disc. Lower through holes are formed to an outer peripheral surface of the rod hole. The upper float as a disc is arranged to an upper side of the lower float in the housing. A rod(51) is formed to a middle lower portion of the disc to be inserted to the rod hole. Upper through holes(53) are formed to the outer peripheral surface of the rod. The drain hole is arranged to a lower surface of the housing. Thereby, water separated from the water separator is drained automatically over a specific water level.
