PRODUCTION METHOD OF HIGH GLOSS SEASONED LAVER PREVENTING FINGERS FROM GETTING DIRT

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing high gloss seasoned laver by uniformly coating a coating solution comprising ethanol, natural resin, oils and recithin on the surface of laver and roasting is provided. The manufactured laver prevents consumer's fingers from getting dirt. CONSTITUTION: A coating solution is coated on one surface or both surfaces of laver and then roasted for 3 to 30min at 100 to 200deg.C. The coating solution comprises 94.45% by weight of ethanol, 0.2 to 0.5% by weight of natural resin(Shellac-D), 3 to 5% by weight of oils and 0.025 to 0.05% by weight of recithin.
