PURPOSE: Provided is a contact filter bed being capable of maximizing contact area between water and contact filter bed, thereby effectively treating organic waste and reducing operation cost. CONSTITUTION: The holder for holding contact filer bed in an aeration tank comprises a plurality of casings(10) for holding contact filter bed therein, a frame(20) with a plurality of casing rails therein so as for the casings(10) to be slidable along the casing rails and received in the frame(20), a pair of supports installed at both sides of the frame(20), and a plurality of frame moving units(30), each being comprised of a roller attached to the support or a side of the frame(20) and rails attached to the side of the frame(20) or the support so as for the roller to move therealong.
