PURPOSE: Structure of a side trim of a freight cover for a vehicle is provided to easily fix the freight cover by developing in a mat shape and to prevent the lowering of the freight cover after installation. CONSTITUTION: A freight cover(2) is stored in a storage box in the rolled state. A cover fixing guide(3) is installed on the end of the freight cover. A shaft(4) of the cover fixing guide is installed in a guide groove(6) of a side trim(5). The shaft of the cover fixing guide is connected with a guide bearing(7) freely moving forward and backward by rolling contact.
