PURPOSE: A nozzle fairing combining device of an airplane is provided to combine a fairing to an engine of the airplane and regulate torque at the same time by a simple bolt-nut structure, to simplify the compositions of the fairing combing device and of the engine, and to reduce manufacturing cost and weight. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle fairing combining device of an airplane is composed of a plurality of fixing brackets mounted to the inside of a fairing installed to the outside of an engine of the airplane along an inner peripheral surface of the fairing; a combining band(310) inserted into each bracket and wound and combined to the outside of the engine; first and second combining brackets(320,330) mounted to both ends of the combining band; combining bolts(340,350) of which both ends are combined to pass through the first and second combining brackets; and adjusting nuts(360,370) combined to parts exposed out of the first and second combining brackets of the combining bolt and installed to both ends of the combining bolt to adjust a gap between the first and second combining brackets by rotations toward one or other side.
