PURPOSE: A structure of a rear roll bracket for fixing a transmission is provided to reinforce rigidity and reduce vibration and noise by improving a structure of the rear roll bracket. CONSTITUTION: Both side portions(52a) of a rear roll bracket(50) are folded vertically like a U shape. A reinforcing surface(53) is formed to one side portion as the same plane of the side portion toward a housing of a transmission. Fixing holes are formed to upper and lower sides of a fixed surface portion(51) contacting the housing of the transmission and the reinforcing surface portion. A bolt(55) is combined to fixing holes. Therein, the rear roll bracket is installed to the housing of the transmission. Therefore, rigidity of the rear roll bracket is improved and vibration and booming noise are reduced.
