PURPOSE: A rectangular coordinates robot device is provided to increase the rectilinear motion speed of a rectangular coordinates robot, and to reduce the length and weight of the rectangular coordinates robot. CONSTITUTION: A rectangular coordinates robot device is composed of fixed blocks(230) formed at the upper surface of a base(210), a slide moving guide(240) supported by the fixed block, and a slide(250). The slide moving guide passes through the center of the slide. The slide is directly connected to a servo motor formed in a case(251), and has a fixing unit(252) rotating with the servo motor.
