APPARATUS FOR SOAKING, MIXING, FERMENTING AND STERILIZING MUSHROOM MEDIUM MATERIAL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for introducing, soaking, mixing, fermenting and sterilizing a medium material is provided. It is simply operated, permits mass production of products and reduces labor and cost. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises: a fermentation tank(1) containing an inlet(10) at the upper part, a discharge hole(12) on one side of the lower part and a heating and cooling pipe(14); a perforated screw case(8) installed at the lowest part of fermentation tank to move a medium material; a water discharge hole formed on the perforated screw case to discharge moisture; a pair of agitating transfer screws(2,3) arranged horizontally to each other at the lower part of a fermentation tank; and a driving unit for driving the agitating transfer screws.
