PURPOSE: A power transmission for a clutch-less compressor is provided to prevent a part damaged due to abnormal torque from interfering with rotation of a driving rotary body, and generation of colliding noise by completely separating the damaged part, and deterioration of shock absorbing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission includes a driving side rotary body(100) rotated by rotary force transmitted from a driving source; a slave side rotary body having a hub(200) installed to a driving axis of a clutch-less compressor to rotate coaxially with the driving side rotary body; and a plurality of rib spring members(320) and supporting members(350) connecting the driving side rotary body and the hub to transmit rotary force. The rib spring members are radially fixed to the hub, and have releasing parts(321) formed thereon to be broken when over-load occurs on the hub. The supporting member contacts with a free end of the rib spring member, and is fixed to the driving rotary force to transmit rotary force of the driving side rotary body to the hub through the rib spring member.
