SHEET PAPER USING NATURAL BIO-DEGRADABLE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided is a high-quality and environment-friendly sheet paper obtained from a low-quality natural bio-degradable material, which is capable of degrading when contacted with soils. A method for producing the sheet paper is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The sheet paper is produced by the method comprising the steps of: mixing and kneading a natural bio-degradable composition consisting of a bio-degradable binder supplied from a silo(1), a fibrous material that is supplied after dissociated by a high concentration pulp(2), refined by a refiner(4) and dehydrated by a belt press(6) and a stabilizer, together with water in a dispersion tank(7); passing the kneaded composition through an injection mold to form multi-layered sheets and laminating the multi-layered sheets by a press to form a single sheet paper; and drying and cooling the sheet paper by dryers and coolers.
