HYDRAULIC FABRIC DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR CHECKING AND ROLLING

PURPOSE: Provided is a hydraulic fabric delivery system which absorbs the impact pressure with the rapid braking of the hydraulic motor to reduce the tensional strength of the fabric, and determines the braking time of the hydraulic motor by controlling the initial gas sealing pressure of the pressure accumulator. CONSTITUTION: The hydraulic fabric delivery system for rolling and checking comprises: a fabric delivering unit; a tension controlling unit for passing the fabric texture from the fabric delivering unit through fixed guide rollers(4) and movable guide rollers(6) such that it can bear the required tensional strength, and feeding it to the checking and rolling unit; and a hydraulic control unit having a hydraulic motor(16), a pressure accumulator(8) for accumulating kinetic energy when the fabric stain is found, a one-directional control valve(9) for discharging the energy of the pressure accumulator to the tank, a solenoid shift valve connected to the control valve and the motor to shift the moving direction of the fluid, and a hydraulic pressure operating member(10) connected to the solenoid shift valve.
