PURPOSE: A oscillating device for an electric mat is provided to enable a user to enjoy massage fully due to up and down movement of first and second oscillators. CONSTITUTION: The oscillating device for an electric mat comprises: a bobbin(57) positioned horizontally; and a first coil(51) and a second coil(53) separated right and left by an insulator(55), wherein the bobbin(57) is wound at circumference in different directions. A connecting pin(61) is located at a hollow hole(59) of the bobbin(57). A left electromagnet(75) and a right electromagnet(77) are connected to both ends of the connecting pint(61). A first oscillator(81) is positioned at the circumference of the left electromagnet(75), and a second oscillator(83) is located at the circumference of the right electromagnet(77). The left electromagnet(75) is divided into a large diameter unit(91), a slant unit(92) and a small diameter unit(93), and the right electromagnet(77) is divided into a large diameter unit(101), a slant unit(102) and a small diameter unit(103).
