PURPOSE: A circuit board of a flat panel display and an anisotropic conductive film bonding apparatus are provided to improve work efficiency and process efficiency further by bonding the circuit board and the anisotropic conductive film on a bidirectional pattern part. CONSTITUTION: A rotation stage(4) is installed on an upper plane of a work table(2). A loading part(6) loads and sets a glass and a circuit board by being installed in a circumference direction of the rotation stage. A film bonding part(8) is installed adjacently to the rotation stage, and bonds an anisotropic conductive film(F) on a pattern part of the glass. A circuit board bonding part(10) bonds a circuit board on the glass. And a glass inversion part(12) is installed separately from the circuit board bonding part and resets the glass to enable to bond the circuit board and the anisotropic conductive film. |
