<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of a plating coating weight by decreasing the errors between a control command value and the actual value of a controlled object. SOLUTION: This controller has a calculator 140 for control which calculates the command values, such as desired coating weight W*, gaseous pressure P* and nozzle position D* in accordance with a control model, an observation means 103 which takes in the gaseous pressure P, nozzle position (gap) D, nozzle height H, etc., of the controlled object 150 during control and estimates the coating weight of the plating by the control model and an observation control means 14 which corrects the gaseous pressure P* according to the deviation▵W between the target value W* and the estimated value W' and the correction function Ks and outputs a correction value P**. A correction function calculating means 107 calculates, for example, (P/ W) by using the information from the control calculator 140.</p> |
