PURPOSE: An air conditioner control device and a method for removing frost of a glass of a vehicle is provided to effectively control a function for automatically operating a switch of an air conditioner and accordingly to improve convenience for a driver. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner control device for removing frost of a glass of a vehicle is composed of a blower motor switch(20) connected with a power supply unit(10) of the vehicle; an air conditioner switch(30) coupled to the blower motor switch; a first relay(40) connected to the blower motor switch, connected parallel to the air conditioner switch, and operated when a blowing direction switch(41) is in the direction of the glass; a second relay(50) connected to the first relay and operated when a temperature selecting switch(51) is selected in the direction of cold air; and a magnetic switch(60) connected between the second relay and the air conditioner switch to operate an air conditioner.
