摘要 FIELD: laser working, namely laser welding and cutting, possibly in machine engineering for cutting and welding non-rotary butts of pipelines at repairing operations and at erection of plant and main pipelines. SUBSTANCE: light guide includes five rotary mirrors, housing, rolling bearing units, band hoop, gasodynamic nozzle with gas supply tube in its cavity, C-clamp and conveying device. Kinematics pairs are spherical ones. First and second links of light guide are in the form of S-shaped tubes; third link is in the form of -shaped tube with gasodynamic nozzle. Rotary mirrors are mounted with possibility of their spatial alignment by means of screws. First S-shaped tube at one side is mounted on rolling bearing assembly in housing secured by means of band hoop to outer surface of tube section and at other side it is joined with possibility of rotation by means of rolling bearing assembly with second S-shaped tube. Other end of second S-shaped tube is joined with possibility of rotation by means of rolling bearing assembly with -shaped tube having gasodynamic nozzle. The last at one side is connected with -shaped tube and at other side it is joined with C-clamp. C-clamp is mounted in conveying device also supporting additional heat source. Sum of length values of three links of light guide satisfies to relation: 0.25L is less than S which is less than 100L, where L -length of outer circle of annular butt of pipeline, m ; S - sum of length values of three links of light guide, m. Rotary mirrors are aligned and inner cavity of light guide is filled with nitrogen under excess pressure in range 1.102 Pa - 1.108 Pa. 10 minutes before laser working mirrors are cooled; links of light guide are wound onto pipeline until touching of light guide links and surface of pipeline. At turning on laser driving in reverse direction conveying device for rotating light guide in direction opposite relative to that of previous winding. When laser and additional heat source are turned on technological gas is supplied through gasodynamic nozzle. EFFECT: enhanced mobility of manufacturing equipment, lowered cost for installation, fastening and alignment of light guide, improved quality of welding and cutting. 9 cl, 2 dwg
