FIELD: precision instrumentation engineering, technological processes of manufacture of pressure transducers. SUBSTANCE: pressure transducer is placed in heat-setting fixture and static pressure simultaneously acts on its sensitive element, value of pressure corresponds to maximum values of measured pressure and to variable pressures with frequency lying in range of working frequencies of transducer. Value of variable pressure amounts to 0.1-0.15 as minimum. At same time working space of transducer is subjected to at least three cycles of temperature heating and cooling which values correspond to extreme values of temperature range of work of transducer and rate of temperature change amounts to 5 degrees per minute as minimum. Heat- setting fixture presents hollow cylinder on which outer surface spiral of heating element covered by enclosure with two air pipe unions is positioned. Transducer is placed in one face of cylinder and its other face is anchored in set forming static and variable pressure. EFFECT: raised measurement accuracy and stability of technical data in process of operation of transducers designed to measure pressure. 1 cl, 1 dwg |
