FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for systems of phase-differential protection with location of short-circuit position which is based on comparison of phases of current at ends of protected line. For realization of this task phase-differential relay incorporates four comparators, two final-control elements, clock pulse generator, univibrator, former of short pulse by leading edge, storage register, six AND gates, three OR gates, delay element, reversible counter.
