FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making 1.5-2.0 long laparotomic incision, introducing one-day old culture of Staphylococcus aureus strain No 209 containing 50 mln of microbial bodies directly into the oviducts. Visceral oviduct peritoneum serosa and epithelial ovary cover is removed in 8-10 points using medical scarificator instrument. Medical talk is sprayed over the treated areas at a dose of 0.1 mg/sq.cm. Operation wound is sutured layer-by-layer with isolated catgut sutures. Animals are taken away from the experiment at the 30-40-th day by decapitating under inhalation anesthesia with ether vapor.
