The programmable circuit has a circuit (POR3) with a unit (POR1) providing a first set to zero signal (RSTH). There is a second unit (POR2) to deliver a second set to zero signal (RSTL). There is a non volatile memory cell which is electrically programmable and erasable. There is an output unit (SCT) delivering the output from either circuit.
