FIELD: medicine, experimental surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with performing vast hepatic resections. One should carry out xenotransplantation beforehand with cryoconserved isolated porcine hepatocytes at 2x106 / ml nutritive value concentration subcutaneously into anterior abdominal wall. Procedure should be conducted 48 h before operation.
