The present discloses an automatic system for closing the water valve in water toilet tanks in order to avoid water leaks. When the toilet is flushed the lever raises the siphon valve that allows the water entrance from the tank to the toilet bowl. When the tank is emptied, the siphon valve is to be closed. When the tank level descends, the float descends opening the water-filling valve. Sometimes the siphon valve do not closes provoking water leaks. The present invention consists in a mechanism that lifts the float after a predetermined time avoiding water leaks. The invention consists of one or more depositories having inside a plastic bucket containing fluid. The depository has a small perforation that allows the water outlet in a very slightly way when the tank level drops. If the toilet has a leak the tank level is kept low giving time to the depositories to discharge, when this happens the buckets descend tensing up a line that lifts the float avoiding with this the water leak.
