FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device for transfer of material and rotor used in said device designed for handling thick, gas- containing fibrous suspensions in which gas in suspensions is air majority of cases. According to invention, method, design of device and rotor 522 are characterized by the fact that suspension is delivered by means of centrifugal pump using rotor 522 whose blades 562 are twisted so that their pitch changes along considerable part of length of rotor 522.
