FIELD: production of alumina; aluminate solution evaporating plants. SUBSTANCE: proposed counter-flow evaporating plant includes preheaters, evaporating apparatus consisting of hot-water heaters with separators, pumps and pipe lines for circulation of solution which are connected with several selfevaporators; separator of each evaporating apparatus is mounted near hot-water heater and its lower part is connected with lower part of hot-water heater; height of hot-water heater is so selected that difference in pressure between adjacent evaporating apparatus should be overcome by column of liquid contained in it; solution circulating pipe line is connected with preheater of subsequent evaporating apparatus. Solution circulating pipe lines of each evaporating apparatus are connected with preheater of subsequent evaporating apparatus through level regulator. EFFECT: avoidance of power requirements for control of level in evaporating apparatus. 2 cl, 1 dwg |
