FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cup and vessel provided with heating member and placed inside cup. Heating member is adapted for heating liquid. After heating, liquid is poured into cup, when vessel valve is open. Valve has actuating devices for closing of valve, when vessel is placed inside cup, and for opening of valve, when vessel is withdrawn from cup.
