FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely bending tube with use of mandrel and filler, possibly bending tubes in small-batch production. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes fillers, sealing units and tie rod with fastening members and it is provided with clamps. Steel balls are used as filler. Sealing unit includes two clamp type plugs arranged in mirror fashion and having through ducts and placed along the same axis threaded rods with through ducts. Each plug has inner recess in the form of truncated cone whose large perimeter is arranged on end of respective plug opposite relative to filler. Clamps are in the form of truncated cones whose surface corresponds to cone surface of recess of each clamp type plug and may perform motion along threaded rod. Said clamps are arranged in recesses of plugs. Tie rod is in the form of adjustable-length rope that may freely move in through duct of each plug. Said rope has locking members arranged at side of outer ends of plugs. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of bent tube due to providing desired geometry of tube in bent zones. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
