SUBSTANCE: method involves using supersonic flow; introducing application material, such as wire, into subsonic region at distance delta from critical section of nozzle selected from ratio: , Cp is specific heat capacity of wire; rho is density of wire material; dw is wire diameter; Vw is wire feeding rate; alpha* is average convective heat exchange coefficient; Tk is flow braking temperature; To is initial wire temperature; Tm is wire material melting temperature. Method may be used for finishing of construction materials, rendering water-impermeability and fire resistance to said materials and protection from electromagnetic field effects. EFFECT: increased quality of materials owing to increased flow speed facilitating creation of finely dispersed particles sprayed onto material surface, reduced labor intensity and increased decorative effect. 1 dwg |
