FIELD: brewery. SUBSTANCE: method involves addition to soaking water the preparation from micromycetes Pythium coloratum biomass prepared by the known technology, grain germination and drying. The preparation represents mixture of the first extract and solid residue prepared as result of sequential extraction of indicated micromycetes with non-polar extractant in supercritical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water.
