For preparing hydrogen method involves carrying out the chemical reaction of interaction of aluminum with sodium hydroxide an aqueous solution that is carried out in vessel closed by airproof stopper inside of anaerobic cultivating device. Method provides enhancing the rate, reliability and reducing cost in producing oxygen-free atmosphere. ^ EFFECT: improved method for culturing microorganisms.
