The field of application: metallurgy, in particular, outside of furnace processes of deoxidation, refining, alloying or modification of metal melts. The container together with the reagents, made as a jet-vortical mixer, is forcedly immersed into the melt by a vertical holder, the melt stirring is intensified by jet and vortical flows being generated by the mixer reciprocating motion in vertical direction and reactive jets being formed by kinetic energy pulses owing to sequential vaporization and melting of groups of reagents layers. In the device the working medium a jet-vortical mixer is concentrically arranged and rigidly fastened to the lower end of the vertical holder, which is capable to make reciprocating motion in vertical direction. The reagents have the form of coaxially arranged groups of circular elements. The circular elements are concentrically arranged on the holder, where they are arranged in each group coaxially and/or tier by tier, and one of internal circular elements of the group made of the reagent having vaporization temperature which is lower than the melt temperature. The container with reagents is housed in the casing equipped with end disks, enclosing the container from the top and bottom and being a thermal screen for it. The lower disk is equipped with guiding vanes transforming reagents radial motion into spiral one, being the plates uniformly arranged and fastened to the peripheral part of the disk plate serving together with the thermal screen as a vortex forming the channels for reagents out flowing in the form of pulse vortical jets, acting to the melt. |
