FIELD: reflectors and transflectors. SUBSTANCE: the reflector or the transflector has a light diffusion layer, and, respectively, a light reflective or light transflective layer. The light diffusion layer has a layer of resin including fine dispersion particles dispersed in it, and is formed directly on the mentioned mirror layer or by means of another transparent base. Mean roughness "Rz" in ten points of the surface of the mentioned light diffusion layer makes up mum; the ratio of the indicator of refraction of the mentioned fine dispersion particles to the rubber layer, excluding the mentioned fine dispersion particles, makes up within 1.001:1 to 1.2:1. The light diffusion layer has a thickness within 3 to 50 mum, the indicator of refraction of the resin layer, excluding the mentioned fine dispersion particles, makes up 1.3 to 1.55. The quantity of the fine dispersion particles may make up 5 - to 50 parts by weight for 100 parts by weight of the resin layer, including the above fine dispersion particles. The fine dispersion particles may have an average size of particles making up 0.5 to 30mum.
