SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cephem derivatives of the formula (I) eliciting the broad spectrum of anti- bacterial activity with respect to different pathogenic microorganisms species including MRS A wherein X means nitrogen atom or CY wherein Y means hydrogen or halogen atom; R1 means amino-group or protected amino-group; R2 means hydrogen atom or optionally substituted (lower)alkyl; R3 means hydrogen atom or lower alkyl; R4 means hydrogen atom, hydroxy-group, optionally substituted (lower)alkyl or alkenyl, or lower alkoxy-group, optionally substituted N-containing heterocyclic group; R5 means hydrogen atom, lower alkyl that can be substituted; or R4 and R5 can form lower alkylene with possibly embedded heteroatom; wavy line means syn-isomer or mixture of isomers; salts or solvates.
