FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: clutch has a housing with the cover mounted on the driving shaft for rotation and working chamber arranged inside the housing, which receives the driving shaft. The fan is secured to the cover of the hub. The housing with the cover and driving clutch member is made of nonmagnetic material. The working chamber is filled with a ferromagnetic liquid. The driving clutch member is provided with openings uniformly arranged over periphery. The inner side of the housing and cover is provided with dummy holes which are uniformly arranged over periphery and open part of which faces the driving shaft. The plug made of a nonmagnetic material is secured inside the housing and receives two permanents magnets, which embrace the driving shaft. In so doing, the ferromagnetic liquid is not allowed to leak into the space between the plug and the shaft. The housing of the clutch is mounted inside the electromagnet secured to the engine block. ^ EFFECT: decreased metal consumption. ^ 2 dwg |
